toolkit-for-ynab: cannot zero out category on some budget lines, works on others

Click “Balance to $0.00”

@aperl79 @herrchin In researching this issue I’ve come across a couple of issues. One is related to having multiple sub-categories that are named the same. e.g. Misc. The other one is that if a sub-category has a value in the Notes section of the Inspector, the Balance to zero button does nothing. I know why that is occurring and it’ll be an easy fix. I’d like to ask y’all if the categories that are not working for you also have a value in the Notes section.
