spinnaker: "Override default timeout" for pipeline execution doesn't work

Issue Summary:

Some of my pipelines takes a lot of time (more than 30 min by default, and it is OK for me). This pipeline executions are always marked as “Failed”. When I try use checkbox "Override default timeout ( 30 minutes ) ": joxi_screenshot_1562237378897 Pipeline executions fails again (sometimes faster): joxi_screenshot_1562234902317

This behaviour does not depend on manifests size.
