Bug Description
I am suddenly getting this message in windows 11 now preventing this app from running:

“Smart app control has blocked part of this app”

Windows link says: If you see this message, it means that an app, service, or piece of hardware that you’re using has tried to load a driver, app, or other file that isn’t properly what you’re using is safe but isn’t able to make a confident prediction about the safety of the other file your app opened so it attempted to verify the publisher of that file by checking its signature. The file isn’t properly signed so Smart App Control has blocked it.As a result, whatever functionality that file was supposed to provide isn’t going to work, even though the rest of the app may continue to work just fine. signed. You might think of it like inviting someone to a enter a secure area and they bring a guest along. Even though you may be confident that the person you invited is safe, you’ll still want to confirm that their guest is as http://well.Smart App Control knows that.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Attempt to manually run OGCS by Windows start menu

Any other information
Note: .LOG not included b/c I don’t like the idea of posting the entire log which has personal information in it. Let me know if there is something specific, but this feels like an OATH issue as I understand it?

Hi Paul. I really do apologize, but as I am now using another app and also have to temporarily deal with two calendars, this would just add unnecessary complexity to myself and I’m already dealing with a number of other stuff that would make this too complex for me. I hope some other long time user can help out and wish you best of luck.

If for some reason this other app doesn’t pan out for me in the long run, I’ll be the first to go ahead with the below if it remains unresolved

I don’t have Windows 11 yet though

MS provides free win11 VM you could use to try to troubleshoot this https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/virtual-machines/
