OutlookGoogleCalendarSync: v2.9.1: Failure to sync "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Sync Direction: G->O

Bug Description
When I go to perform a sync, I receive the error: “The given key was not present in the dictionary.”

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

Go to Sync
Click on Start Sync

Any other information
Any additional information that may help troubleshoot the issue.
