vscode: Source Control tab auto refresh changes broken

Source control changes are not auto updating. I have to press Refresh icon for them to update.

@pokey, apologies for not getting back to you on this. Assuming that you are still able to reproduce this issue consistently you can enable
tracelogging as described in this wiki and share the file watcher logs as well as the contents of the git output window. Hopefully that will help us further investigate the issue. Thanks!
