vscode: macOS: Code does not start with native tabs

VS Code Version: v1.53.2
OS Version: macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Steps to Reproduce:

Open VSCode
Try use

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

It’s not ad, due of GitHub file size limit i needed to use third-party converter
