PowerToys: PowerToys Run not working after v0.19.0 Update (still not working in 0.19.2)

Environment

Windows build number: 10.0.18363 build 18363
PowerToys version: 0.19.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable):
PowerToys Run

# Steps to reproduce

Update PowerToys to 0.19.0, try to launh PowerToys Run through the default shortcut (Alt + Space).

# Expected behavior

After clicking the shortcut, search bar should be available.

# Actual behavior

The searchbar is not opened.

Have you tried deleted the powertoys folder C:\Users\YOUR ACCOUNT\AppData\Local\Microsoft?

I’ve just tried a couple of times, also making an OS rebbot, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

Experiencing the same issue with 0.19.0.

However, for me it is app-dependant. Where it does not work: Visual Studio Code, MS Excel, total commander, Sublime Text.

It works in windows itself (when I click the taskbar and then hit assigned hotkey) It works in Chrome or Edge or MS Word etc.

I’m pretty sure it used to work in VSCode, Sublime or Excel before.

PS: also noticed that a change to the hotkey is applied only after I ‘close’ PowerToys settings.
