Steps to reproduce

1. Running Windows 11 Pro.
2. Install PowerToys v0.58.0 with default settings.
3. Open the Documents folder in File Explorer.
4. Have some SVG files somewhere in Documents where Search will find them. Mine in are several subfolders a few levels deep.
5. In the Search Documents box of File Explorer, type *.svg, then press Enter.
6. Message box appears: Microsoft .NET, Unhandled exception… (SvgThumbnailProvider).
7. Turn off SVG thumbnails.
8. Restart computer.
9. Repeat steps 3-5.
10. Message box appears: Microsoft .NET, Unhandled exception… (SvgPreviewControl).
11. Uninstall v0.58.0.
12. Restart computer.
13. Install v0.57.2.
14. Repeat steps 3-5.
15. No error.

Can duplicate by reinstalling v0.58.0.
