Steps to reproduce

Start computer

Expected behavior

When I start my computer I expect that windows would snap to the zones I defined in FancyZones. I also expect that I would be able to enter the settings of PowerToys.

Actual behavior

When I start my computer FancyZones is not working. I see the PowerToys icon in the taskbar, but cannot access the Settings, seems unresponsive. When I trry to run PowerToys from the Start menu nothing happens. To get it to work I have to open the Task Manager, stop PowerToys Runner, and then I can start it from the Start menu
