Aerial: Rotate videos daily doesn’t appear to work

Description of issue / Feature request

Setting rotate videos to “Daily” does not appear to be working. I am using a cache, and only have two favorited videos. However, the other videos that can fit in my cache size do not appear to be rotating and are stuck on the first few that are shown alphabetically in the list.

Below are some relevant lines from the log that could be useful to diagnose. The log is claiming that space cannot be freed because maybe I may have too many favorites, but my favorites only take up a small portion of my cache.
