core: Xiaomi Air Purifier 3 (zhimi.airpurifier.ma4) unavailable in HA 0.112.3

Still the same issue in HA 0.112.3 for me. Intermittent availability in the logs. Note that I updated the core last night. You can see the different patterns in the image below. It worked fairly smoothly in 0.111.x.

Still error in HA 0.112.2 and python-miio 0.5.2.1. My device is Xiaomi Air Purifier 3 (zhimi.airpurifier.ma4)
