core: Tuya RJ-Curtain switch (qt) unsupported

The problem

The curtain switch was working with the previous version of tuya and is not working with the new integration. It’s not in the supported list, so I’m opening this issue to provide the information I can get from the tuya IoT Debugging and see if it’s possible to support it.
