Fixed and closed in Release 2023.6.2 - June 14 completed in https://github.com/home-assistant/core/pull/94572
All 3 of my Roku devices (2 boxes, 1 TCL Roku TV) have been solid since the last update. Thank you very much to the developers!
sadly you cant use a fqdn, you must use an ip. So if your Roku isn’t setup with either a reservation or static IP, you will get this if the IP changes.
