App: Settings - Bank Name is not saved when adding bank account

Issue was found when executing #4653

Action Performed:

  1. Launch the app and login
  2. Add a chase account by navigating to /bank-account/new
  3. Check the bankAccountList in Onyx and see that there is no additionalData.bankName field

Expected Result:

The bank name should be saved when adding an account

Actual Result:

The bank name is not saved

Workaround:

Just so you know, I’m trying to figure this out for you. We have some test bank accounts we use internally, but I’m not sure if I’m allowed to post them publicly on GH. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible
