Your version of
pandas-profilingis still 1.4.1. Thedf.profile_report()entry point is available from v2.0.0. You probably installedpandas-profilingvia pip or conda, which are not yet up-to-date. We are working on that.I have the same issue, I’m using Google colab to run my code.
I was having this same error installing with conda, but re-installed using the following and it works now.
pip install https://github.com/pandas-profiling/pandas-profiling/archive/master.zipAs doc’d here: https://github.com/pandas-profiling/pandas-profiling#installation
I have installed version pandas_profiling 2.3.0 and still I get the same error message
I have tried in Google Colab and it worked fine for Python 3 when installed through !pip install -U pandas-profiling
For resolving in Google Colab, run in a code cell and restart the runtime
!pip install -U pandas-profilingI have the same problem. I can put the report into an object running: profile = pandas_profiling.ProfileReport(df)
but I can’t get it to display inside jupyter notebook.
Did you manage to solve it?
I had same issue and just did the “install from source” instructions from here and now it works.
i have same issue but installted and success
enviorment : google colab
About conda : it worked for me using the channel conda-forge. The following environment.yml file worked (on a Mac)
`name: ohsu
channels: - conda-forge
