I have the same problem

Hello,

I have the portable version of system informer, in the options: OnlineChecks: ennable virustotal scanning (idem in tools); I also added the virustotal column (but it appears empty); and when I do send to: virustotal for a process, I get: error uploading processname [87] unable to parse the response whereas for “virusscan.jotti.org” and “hybrid-analysis.com” it works.

If anyone could help me. Thank you.

I also have the same issue even after the latest update 2023-08-03 18_12_09-#2

*I have disabled my firewall completely *Not using any VPN *IP is not blocked (Microsoft’s Process Explorer VirusTotal Look-ups are working normally) 2023-08-03 18_20_23-Window

I can confirm the packets are being sent to virus total but there are never any inbound packets received . I’m guessing that the requests being sent are malformed or have identifiable information from the system informer software that is causing virustotal to actively ignore those requests.

Hi! Same problem here since a lot of time, never solved, tried everything…

i have the same problem

Same problem here, running the latest version. Apart from that I like System Informer even more than Process Explorer. SI would be perfect for me if this VT bug could be fixed asap.

Still the same problem Latest Build at the moment: 3.0.7310

Did I do something wrong ?

No?

Why did you remove the labels ?

The issue template added the labels by design: https://github.com/winsiderss/systeminformer/blob/c72df40a91aeda6d810fc5ab614f1e71db8076fb/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml?plain=1#L3

We change/update labels after triaging new issues to reflect the current status of an issue. If you did something wrong then you know about it 😉
