verge: Wallet synchronized but, does not show my funds

Context
Hello everyone, I made this transaction to my Verge Wallet the 4.01 version the latest one. For some reason I can not see the balance reflecting on my Verge Wallet even after I made the wallet syncronized am I doing something wrong?

Could try launching the wallet from the command line with option -resync, “verge-qt -resync”
This tip is referenced from the bootstrap download page and I’ve known it to work. I think it takes a fresh look through the database for transactions related to your wallet. I don’t like giving out deleting the datadir as the first troubleshooting step. It’s time consuming and unless they are upgrading, it probably won’t work. They can also end up deleting wallet.dat which would be a shame. Better to rename it.
Lock your wallet through the UI…
now go to the console… if your passphrase is “cryptojonnyboy” , then type: walletpassphrase “cryptojonnyboy” 300
This will unlock your wallet for 300 seconds.
Then you should be able to dumpprivkey
