WebTools.bundle: [Solved]404 Error for App Store

Hi,

if i click in menu to the Appstore i get this error

Failed activating the module. Reload the page and try again.
If the error persists please restart the server.
Contact devs on the Plex forums if it occurs again.
Errorinfo:
Requested URL: modules/install/jscript/install.js?_=1477891869959
Error Code/Message: 404/Not Found

i checked it and the install.js is still there. How can i fix this curios error??
