Proxmox: error on pull docker image on docker lxd

if I pull

docker pull ghcr.io/blakeblackshear/frigate:0.12.1 I got this error failed to register layer: unlinkat /usr/lib/locale/C.UTF-8/LC_MESSAGES: invalid argument

is not a problem with the image as it works in a VM on proxmox

Edit from @tteck : Please take note that if you are currently using Proxmox VE 7, refrain from creating Debian 12 LXCs due to differences in locale parameters.
