discord.js-light: .join() don't work

Hello, i use <VoiceChannel>.join() and the bot say:

Error [VOICE_JOIN_CHANNEL]: You do not have permission to join this voice channel.

i view the code so <VoiceChannel>.joinable and <VoiceChannel>.viewable always is false.
