hass-browser_mod: BrowserID's not available after Home Assistant restart
My Home Assistant version: 2022.8.7
What I am doing: Automation: After full restart of the Home Assistant perform a Call service: Browser mod: refresh for all devices with running HA app.( i.e wall tablets.)
What I expected to happen: restart app on the specific browserID
What happened instead: nothing - the browserID remains unavailable until first manual restart app / refresh of the browser. note: in previous version 1.5.x this behaviour was not present.
Minimal steps to reproduce: restart Home Assistant and check the state of the browserID’s

This is annoying as F please fix it!!!
@thomasloven I just tried this and it does not appear to be fixed. After an HA restart, the browser is unavailable (iOS app running on iPad 4 Mini) until a browser refresh or full app shutdown/restart.
just to keep the issue alive
