tensorflow: Win 10 Import Error: Failed to load the native TensorFlow runtime TF-GPU(both1.13 and 2.0)
System information
- Have I written custom code (as opposed to using a stock example script provided in TensorFlow): No
- OS Platform and Distribution (e.g., Linux Ubuntu 16.04): Windows 10 x64
- Mobile device (e.g. iPhone 8, Pixel 2, Samsung Galaxy) if the issue happens on mobile device: No
- TensorFlow installed from (source or binary): binary
- TensorFlow version (use command below): tensorflow-gpu-1.13.1
- Python version: 3.6.4

Describe the current behavior
Fails to run because of an Import Error whenever I try to import tf-GPU,
Describe the expected behavior
Expected it to import so I could use it.
Code to reproduce the issue
import tensorflow as tf

You have to use CUDA 10.0 for tensorflow-gpu-1.13.1 (don’t forget to download cuDNN 7.5 for CUDA 10.0 too).
You need to add sub folders:
bin
,include
andlib
to the path. I see thatlib and include
folder’s are not added to the path. Can you please try adding them as well?Confirmed to be working using CUDA 10.0 and CuDNN 7.5 for 10.0.
No need to reopen. The issue was solved by adding
include
to the path. Thank you
