TediCross: The bot sometimes stops relaying messages from Discord to Telegram

I have occasionally the problem that tedi don’t sync messages from discord to telegram.

The problem is easily worked around by restarting tedi on the server.

I got the following error message:

Been a long while since it crashed until today:
