stylelint: property-no-unknown

Describe the issue. Is it a bug or a feature request (new rule, new option, etc.)?

A new rule to catch uses of a unknown properties. Is there any plan to support this against a whitelist of known properties? I think it would be extremely helpful!

FYI, there are two plugin in the wild that do this. I’ve also reached out to the 2nd one in the hope we can port the best of both into core.
