stylelint: In some Windows environments the indentation rule wrongly warns for SCSS maps
I’m experiencing a bug where the Indentation plugin reports incorrect expectations.
The bug only seems to affect Windows. It was observed on multiple Windows 10 environments by myself, and sometimes on Windows 7 by @cyril-lamotte.
Observed on Node v5.5.0, v5.10.1, and v6.3.1 by both of us.
Which rule, if any, is this issue related to? Indentation
What CSS is needed to reproduce this issue?

npm installand rungrunt postcss. This is a very minimal repository aimed at reproducing the issue exactly. - Gulp demo repository by @cyril-lamotte. Do
npm installand rungulp. Also a minimal repository but with a little clutter in the gulpfile. - NPM script demo repository by @m-allanson. Do
npm installandnpm test.

Does your issue relate to non-standard syntax (e.g. SCSS, nesting, etc.)? Yes, it’s related to SCSS maps.
