Describe the bug Stripe apps CLI stuck on “Waiting for confirmation…” even after accepting terms

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run stripe apps create hello-world
2. Copy the URL to accept terms and paste on the browser
3. Accept Stripe apps terms and conditions on the browser
4. CLI still showing “Waiting for confirmation…”

Expected behavior CLI should continue after terms is accepted
