streamlink: WWE Network Plugin broken again

Description

On the latest streamlink nightly, an akami timeout prevents the WWE Network plugin from opening streams

Reproduction steps / Explicit stream URLs to test

Install latest streamlink nightly
Open any WWE network stream (example: https://watch.wwe.com/episode/NXT-UK-TakeOver-Cardiff-104499)

@Integralist, thanks for replying and the link to your software.

I was really asking about the status of the streamlink plugin though. In my message above, I was referring to testing the existing streamlink plugin with wwe.com content. At the time the existing streamlink plugin seemed like it was working for me.

I was assuming that @atnpgo’s comment:

I’ve also ran into this issue but only for PPVs. The application works as expected when trying to load episodes and network specials.

Is referring to streamlink and the wwenetwork plugin…

Could be a one time token, sometimes they expire after use… Lemme see if I can set up another free trial.

Edit: couldn’t get another trial 😦

Seems like a change in the API, I might have time to look at it tomorrow - if my free trial hasn’t expired 😃
