sts4: Cannot update vscode plugin to 1.34.0

I have tried auto-updating and manual installation, and have re-installed vscode, but could not upgrade this plugin.

The new version 1.35.0 that fixes this issue is available from the VSCode Marketplace now. Thanks for reporting this and for trying the workarounds.
