Facing same problem “E: Unable to locate package spinnaker-igor” , any plans on publishing these packages to suitable repository or re-publishing these artifacts again.

@kskewes How can I contact you in Slack? I have spent more than 12 hours trying to get Spinnaker installed without any success. I’ve tried building the debs as you suggested but it is unfortunately still trying to download dependencies from bintray:
