magento2-frontools: Gulp dev and watch doesn't work since 1.5 upgrade

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your work, it’s highly appreciated! I have upgraded the extension from ^1.4 to ^1.5 and both commands gulp dev and gulp watch doesn’t work anymore. No error is raised, gulp just seems to wait but doesn’t detect any change. All worked fine with the previous version.

gulp styles works perfectly.

Any thoughts?

According to https://github.com/SnowdogApps/magento2-frontools/issues/236#issuecomment-316662614, you might want to try usePolling param. If it will help you, I’ll add some option to enable it via tools configuration files.

Support for usePolling option added in 1.5.6 You have to create watcher.json file with config (same way as themes.json)

Here the same problem. Version 1.5.3 installed. Gulp watch is running but nothing happens. System running is macOS Sierra.
