talos: Missing steps in Getting Started -> Firecracker

The documentation https://www.talos.dev/docs/v0.4/#v0.4/en/guides/getting-started/firecracker is missing few steps to make sure the deployment is successful or at least help identify the problems by adding Troubleshooting section at the bottom of the page.

As discussed in #support and #community channel in the Slack with Andrew. I will work on this PR to add steps to make sure the deployment success rate is higher with those people who don’t have any experience with Talos and Firecracker.
