rqlite: ERR! server responded with 503 Service Unavailable: leader not found

I started to learn rqlite. I download and run it under WSL2 Ubuntu. Runned daemon as single node from readme. Connected from cli and created table. After that I restarted my WSL2 distribution. Runned daemon again with same command. Connected from cli and tried to .tables. And got result:

This is happening due a unstable node ID. The node ID must be the same between launches, when running a single node.
