LaplacianPyramid CTS has been updated. With the latest GitHub CTS this issue should be fixed. @hansely

@kiritigowda We can remove the filters for the tests that are passing for GPU backends. For the failing tests cases, let’s keep the filters until we fix them in ToT.

@kiritigowda The following OpenVX 1.3 conformance tests are fixed for HIP backend: FastCorners is fixed by #495 ScaleImage is fixed by #498 and #499 WarpPerspective is fixed by #500 Remap is fixed by #505

Can we remove these filters for CI testing?

FastCornsers is already enabled for CI testing by #497 ScaleImage and Warpperspective will be enabled by #503 (this can be merged) Remap will need be enabled after #505 is merged to the master (I’ll submit a PR once #505 is merged)
