zotero-better-bibtex: date parsing no longer handles date ranges
Date parsing has changed in Z5 so that date ranges are no longer handled correctly. Before, a date field of “June 18–23, 2017” was correctly parsed to the month junand the year 2017, but now it is parsed to the year June 18\textendash{}23, 2017.
