ReactiveCocoa: NSController breaks KVO contract

I’m trying to set the value of a property with the RACChannelTo macro:

RACChannelTerminal *term = RACChannelTo(myObj, aProperty);
[[RACSignal return:anObject] subscribe:term];

What am I doing wrong here?

I got a confirmation from Apple that they are aware of this bug and that they are working on it.

In the same frame of time that represents 2009 to now, Odysseys had defeated the Cyclops, outwitted the Sirens, and is now trapped on Calypso’s island. It’s a good way to measure this issue, because I’m imagining the epic struggle and difficulty this bug apparently represents for it to take this long to fix.

Makes me a bit of a sad panda because the core functionality of my app revolves around MGit (an NSTreeController subclass). 😦
