polybar: Polybar cant find my bars

i have the config file in $HOME/.config/polybar/config and the launch script in the same folder

no matter how i rename the bar, i always get this message:

error: Undefined bar: barname

i did chmod +x on the script and the config file, i followed the tutorial step by step, i uninstalled and reinstalled again but i still get the same result.

I tried everything that i could find from people that had the same problem but my problem still presists.

Is there anything i can do to fix this?
