OutlookGoogleCalendarSync: Crash on startup - fails to connect to running Outlook instance

Problem Description
On starting OGCS, it crashes straight away when Outlook is already running.

If not though, you’ll need to work out how to make your AV allow it, or temporarily disable the AV.
