passenger: 5.2.0 Apache module won’t compile on FreeBSD 11.1

I reinstalled RVM and Ruby as usual. The Ruby version is the same as I had with Passenger 5.1.12

Everything is up-to-date. That’s why I reinstalled RVM and Ruby.
