@dmfusionVTF use this code

                      $ffmpeg = FFMpeg\FFMpeg::create(array(
                      'ffmpeg.binaries' => '/usr/bin/ffmpeg',
                      'ffprobe.binaries' => '/usr/bin/ffprobe'
                      ));

I found the solution so i’m closing the issue.

i un comment it from www.conf of php-fpm it fixed issue.

env[PATH] = /usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin

@jens1o they’re located in /usr/bin/

# which ffmpeg
/usr/bin/ffmpeg

# which ffprobe
/usr/bin/ffprobe

as error says there is no /user/bin path in that list 😛
