flask: Missing headers on CSV file

Example file uploaded to flask:

account_id,account_name,style,graphic,color,size,team,player_name,player_num,upc,sku

The FileStorage object from request.files has somehow had the CSV header line (line 1) removed.

This is ridiculous. This tracker is not for extended discussion. Reporters are expected to provide an example of how to reproduce the issue. The tracker is for issues with Flask, not with user code. If your next post is not a reproducible example, this is getting locked.
