oppia: [BUG]: Iframes Issue -Hints are absent on embedding

Describe the bug

Hints do not seem to appear for embedded explorations.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Embed any exploration using the steps mentioned in the above linked iframes doc or follow this link https://oppia.github.io/#/EmbeddingAnExploration. Here the exploration used to test this is https://www.oppia.org/explore/W50hotX4h_Up.
2. The sixth card of this exploration has a hint which is activated when we do not answer for a few minutes.
3. The hint appears for the exploration in oppia.org but no hints appear in the embedded exploration.

Expected Behavior

The image below shows the hint appearing on the exploration

Before tackling the bug, please use git bisect (see https://git-scm.com/docs/git-bisect) to investigate which PR caused it (you only need to go back as far as commit https://github.com/oppia/oppia/commits/9a334e9).
