I am running Ubuntu 14.04 server. I have been compiling OpenSSL 1.0.2 successfully, but since version 1.1.0pre can’t, as I get this error:

My other server uses Ubuntu 16.04 and on this one I experience no problems whatsoever.
These are my compile options:
make clean
./config --prefix=/build/staticlibssl no-shared \
&& make depend \
&& make \
&& make install_sw
Thanks.
