openhab-addons: [LCN] Reading measurement values with modules before 2013 stops after a while

Adding action “send PCK Commands”

In addition to the existing actions

• Hit Key
• Dynamic Text
• Flicker Output
• Relay Timer

it would be great if you could add an action send PCK Commands. The purpose is to send free defined PCK Commands, e.g. “MWTA” to pull the variables from old modules. Syntax could be: val actions = getActions("lcn","lcn:module:b827ebfea4bb:S000M012") actions.sendPCK("MWTA")
