okteto: okteto up doesnt work out of the box for non-privileged users
Describe the bug Okteto up fails to complete if the user doesn’t have write permissions over the /var/okteto folder.
microservice-starter mkdir: can't create directory '/var/okteto/remote': Permission denied

@QAston Cool. In this case,
okteto down -vis needed to recreate the volume with the right permissions. We will check the error message to make it clearerJust to confirm it’s (only) a permissions issue, it starts working when I add
to the
oktetoconfig.
