terraform-provider-newrelic: Upgrade to v1.12.0 breaks "newrelic_alert_channel" data source implementatiom

Panic Output

If Terraform produced a panic, please provide a link to a GitHub Gist containing the output of the crash.log.

Expected Behavior

It should have matched with the service-name_alert_channel format as with v1.10.0 and earlier.

Actual Behavior

It failed to match with the name even though the channel with that name exists in New Relic.

@SiddhantAgarwal17 This issue has been resolved in v1.13.1. Please let us know if you run into other issues.

Quick follow-up, @piechu’s discovery seems to be correct. We’ll be working to get this fixed. Thanks for the report.
