build: Error monitoring

We should be able to visualize the list of errors happening in production builds.

Since @netlify/build already contains proper error handling, all we need to add is a HTTP call to an error logging dashboard when we are handling an error.

If possible, I would like to use any dashboard that’s already used by other teams. Is that Humio, or do we have something else? @kitop @mraerino @rybit Do you have some information on the best approach here?

I’m getting a 404 for https://app.bugsnag.com/netlify/build-plugins/errors. Do I need to be invited to that particular project? I’m able to access others. Or did it get retired?

You should have access now. You had access to all projects except that one, weird.
