blockconvert: False Positives found

I have been using the list for a little bit, I like the idea and it seems like a pretty solid block list but I have run into a few false positives in the last couple days.

ci4.googleusercontent.com ci5.googleusercontent.com ogs.google.com online.jimmyjohns.com vortex.accuweather.com

The first 3 are related to showing images in emails on gmail. The 4th is a website for ordering food. The 5th is for displaying rader/maps in the accuweather app

Sorry for leaving it for so long. That was blocked by just https://gitlab.com/The_Quantum_Alpha/the-quantum-ad-list/-/raw/master/Individual lists/The_Quantum_Abuse-List.txt, and as there’ve been quite a few false positives from the quantum lists, they’re being removed

Thanks for reporting. That was blocked by a change in the parsing of adblock style rules. I’ve also used that site to find some of the included lists in this project

Thanks for reporting such a major break. That was blocked because it’s CNAME 2-01-2c3e-003d.cdx.cedexis.net was blocked by https://easylist.to/easylist/easyprivacy.txt which contains the filter ||cedexis.net^$third-party, which is too general to want to whitelist all subdomains of cedexis.net, so I think I’ll add a filter exclusion list to store filters that should be ignored

Thanks for reporting. I’d fixed it in https://github.com/mkb2091/blockconvert/commit/6038748f403258d158166ea54242b918a9c36ac3 but forgot to change the commit name and mention it here

Sorry about that. One of the included filterlists deemed kaspersky to be spyware, so they blocked all domains related to it. I’ve removed the list, so hopefully there should be less false positives in the future

False positive for domains including “adafruit.” It’s a legit online retailer.
