minishift and openshift start as expected

Error: Cannot get TCP port information from Kubernetes host

m start --network-nameserver [dns][dns]can take a public DNS, like8.8.8.8,8.8.4.4(Google DNS),1.1.1.1,1.0.0.1(CloudFlare DNS), or208.67.222.222,208.67.220.220(OpenDNS), but consider using local DNS services if possible…Note: the error is actually that the container image can not be pulled from Docker Hub, so it either a general networking issue (caused by VPN), or a DNS lookup issue
