milvus: [Bug]: Failed to start Milvus standalone(master-latest)

Environment

- Milvus version: master-lastest or master-20230714-d216f9ab
- Deployment mode(standalone or cluster):standalone

Current Behavior

got error like this

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc'
  what():  std::bad_alloc
qemu: uncaught target signal 6 (Aborted) - core dumped

Expected Behavior

No response

@shanghaikid Looks like we introduce some x86 SMID in segcore for scalar indexing. Anyway, we will support ARM image from 2.3 to support Mac M1
