winget-cli: “winget list” don't get "Available" column

Brief description of your issue

Yesterday winget list work bad.it can’t display Available column.Yesterday before,Microsoft Visual C++ always display new available upgrade version,but now don’t display.I use winget search Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 command can display the newer version than my installed version.
